Portfolio

Welcome to my portfolio. Here you'll find a collection of my illustrations, maps, concept art and creative projects from The Chronicles of Dorisen.

Every piece is created as part of the world of Dorisen, from royal portraits and ancient castles to dragon riders, forgotten kingdoms and historical maps. My aim is to create artwork that helps readers step deeper into the story.

As long as one story is remembered, no kingdom is ever truly lost.

— my favorite king Eldric quote

King Baldwin was inspired by the historical figure as portrayed in Kingdom of Heaven.

His calm dignity, quiet strength, and unwavering sense of duty left a lasting impression on me.

I wanted to capture those qualities in The Fall of Dorisen, creating a ruler who demonstrates that true leadership is defined not by power alone, but by wisdom, compassion, and the courage to place the well-being of his people above himself.

I chose to include the Romans because they are one of history's most recognizable civilizations.

Their disciplined armies, engineering achievements, and vast empire made them an ideal inspiration for the primary antagonistic force in The Fall of Dorisen.

Following the fall of Dorisen, Prince Soren finds a rare moment of peace beside a secluded lake deep within Appledook Forest With his kingdom in ruins and his future uncertain, the stillness of the water reflects both his grief and the hope that, even in the darkest of times, new beginnings may emerge..

Fellen Fizzlewik is a kind-hearted gnome healer who offers refuge to Soren and the surviving knights

when they are at their lowest. Living a quiet life within Appledook Forest, Fellen reminds us that courage is not always found on the battlefield.
